- How many times per week should I exercise?
- For mininum results, 2-3 times per week may be adequate; but it depends on your goals.
- How come my weight hasn't decreased?
- A scale measures total weight and not fat loss. When exercising it is typical to get an increased muscle weight and a decrease in total fat, thus your weight may initially incease or stay the same initially.
- How can I lose weight in one target spot?
- While there is a method to target muscle gain in one spot, there is no method for targeted fat loss in one spot.
- How many reps should I complete for each set?
- Typically 7-10 reps with a weight will experience muscle fatigue. It is important to perform the correct weight for each repitition. For multiple sets it is best to begin with a lighter weight and work to a heavier weight each set.
