Aqua Bella Fitness & Day Spa has fitness, tanning, swimming and massage services for your use in Milton, Florida. Day Spa services are available to everyone, however fitness center and pool usage requires membership or a day-use pass.
All regular fitness members have access to our Fitness equipment, indoor heated pool, group classes, and receive a 10% or more off spa service pricing. We are providers to the Healthways' Forever Fit and SilverSneakers® insurance programs.

Group or Private Swim Lessons
(Available to any swim level, members and non-members)
Swim lessons are held in two week sessions: Monday through Thursday for 35 minutes per lesson. Group lesson size is limited from 4 - 10 participants per class. There are a total of 8 lessons during the child session. Level I/II/III cost is $75 per child. We encourage you to attend all sessions for the maximum benefit. Missed classes wil not be made up or refunded. Club membership is not required to take swim lessons. Private or Adult swim lessons are available by appointment; and consist of six 30 minute lessons per session for $100. Private lessons are scheduled at less than 3 participants per class.
