Aqua Bella Fitness & Day Spa has fitness, tanning, swimming and massage services in Milton, Florida. Come and join our Fitness Family!  Classes, massage and tanning services are available to everyone, however fitness center and pool usage requires membership or a day-use pass. Classes are only $5 per visit for non-members, registration is required.

All regular fitness members have access to our Fitness equipment, indoor heated pool, group classes, and receive a 10% or more off massage pricing. We are providers to the Healthways' Forever Fit and SilverSneakers® insurance programs.

From our 30 minute work out circuit to our indoor aquatic programs, we have the fitness program that is right for you! Let us show you how much fun fitness can be! Beginners welcome in our clean. friendly, judgement free gym.

Swim Lessons at Aqua Bella

 
Our new swim lesson schedule will be available January 2012

Don't loose those skills! Group lesson size is limited to 6 participants per class. There are a total of eight 40- minute lessons during the session, sessions run Monday through Thursdays for two weeks. Cost is $80 per child for members and $50 if enrolled full time for our Afterschool Swim Program during session . Minimum age is 4. Club membership is not required to take swim lessons.

Private or Adult swim lessons are available by appointment; and consist of six 30-minute lessons per session for $100. Call us to get more information or to schedule your swimmer today! Registration Form.
